After 7 days you'll need to select a plan to continue using ParcelIntel. Your data, saved parcels, and reports are preserved even if your trial expires — nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as an “enrichment”?
Each data action on a parcel — GIS lookup, tax scrape, permit check, scoring calculation, listing scrape — uses one enrichment. A thorough analysis of a single parcel typically uses 5-8 enrichments. Viewing parcels and browsing results is always free.
What is Owner Intelligence?
ParcelIntel indexes 33,000+ vacant land owners across Suffolk County. On Investor and Builder plans, you can search by owner name to see their full portfolio of holdings, identify land-bank investors, and spot motivated sellers with distressed properties.

What is Skip Trace?
Skip tracing reveals contact information (phone, email) for property owners. ParcelIntel automatically resolves candidates from public records, then you choose which contacts to reveal. Each reveal uses one skip trace credit. Available on Investor (50/mo) and Builder (150/mo) plans.
